What we do
We model your design
We create a 3D digital replica of your space. We can work from sketches, architectural plans, CAD files, photos, videos, scans and real world measurements. Once the initial space has been modeled, we can model the design ideas that you want to visualize.
We create renderings
Renderings come in a variety of styles, from sketches to stunning photorealistic images. Some styles are better suited than others for a task or for a project. We’ll help you select the styles that best fit your project, keeping your goals and budget in mind.
Examples of renderings in different styles. Sketches and illustrations are perfect for early conceptual ideas. “Clay” monochrome renderings focus attention on space, lighting and shadow conditions. Photorealistic renderings are often used during the latter stages of design, as well as for promotional media.
This virtual tour showcases a 900 sq. ft. ADU (accessory dwelling unit).
The tour is UNDER CONSTRUCTION but is fully functional. Follow the hotspots to walk through the house and drag/swipe to see a 360 degree view at each location.
We create virtual tours
Imagine walking through a rendered 3D model of your home while it’s still being designed. You’ll experience the flow and sight lines as you move from room to room, enabling you to make design decisions long before construction begins.
We document your design
Design drawings convey the technical details of your vision. They bridge the gap between the idea in your head and preparing for its creation in the real world.
With our drawings in hand, you’ll be able to communicate with clarity to local design review boards, your design partners and the builders and suppliers who submit bids.

FAQ
Our delivery time varies based on the size, scope and fluidity of your design. On the short end, basic renderings of a fully completed design can often be delivered within days. More complex projects, during which we help you visualize as your design evolves, can last weeks or longer. These projects can be structured to complement your project schedule.
No. We are not a design firm or a builder, and do not provide those services or expertise. Our expertise is in helping you visualize and communicate your design ideas.
Yes. We are happy to join your team and collaborate with other project partners. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Not at all. We’ve worked very successfully with remote clients and projects. However, it may be helpful or even necessary for you to have someone at or near the project site who can help by taking measurements, photos or providing contextual information.
No. We are not a licensed architectural or engineering firm and therefore we cannot stamp drawings.
All design drawings produced by Debole 3D are clearly marked as such and include standard notes that describe the limits of their use.
No. Although similarities exist between design drawings and construction drawings, they serve very different purposes.
Your builder or contractor should create their own construction documentation as it includes details that are specific to their fabrication methods, and may also require other engineering or regulatory information.
For starters, we’ll always ask you to review and redline our draft work before it’s finalized. This is part of our standard process and is critical for ensuring that our work accurately represents your design.
Revisions are a natural part of the design process. We’ll work with you up front to determine how to best manage revision cycles, planned or otherwise. This is done when we scope the project, before contract signing.
We can provide our deliverables in most standard digital formats. This includes PDF and graphic file formats used for web, display or print applications. Virtual tours are hosted online using a third party provider, although the panoramic renderings used to create them can also be supplied to you.
